First we got rid of the brass hardware and removed the oak cabinets and vanity. We had the frame and the flooring was left by the previous owners but they never got around to it. So overall this project cost us less than $150 and we have a much more updated bathroom. Still needs some artwork but what an improvement. Thanks to Seth's dad, Tim, for installing the floor and plumbing! Everything is finally coming together!
